Frequently Asked Questions

Wondering what therapy would look like?

Below are answers to some common questions — and if you’re still unsure, feel free to reach out!

  • I primarily work with children (ages 3+) and teens; I also support their parents and may recommend family work. I also enjoy working with emerging adults and other folks who have experienced trauma.

  • I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and life transitions such as divorce or grief. I also support clients in developing coping skills, deepening relationships, and building self-awareness.

  • Each session is 45-50 minutes. Depending on your needs, we might incorporate talk therapy; play therapy; EMDR; or body-based or expressive techniques. I’ll follow your pace and respect your comfort level for what we work on that day.

  • My rate is $150 for a 50 minute session. I have limited sliding scale spots available - reach out if you’d like to explore this option for you or your family!

  • I’m not considered in network with any insurance providers at this time.

Some insurance plans include reimbursement for seeing out-of-network providers if you provide them with a superbill detailing what services you received as well as an associated mental health diagnosis. I’m happy to provide you with a superbill! If you’d like to go this route, it is your responsibility to verify your insurance plan’s benefits.

  • My office is located off of 360 (78746 zip code). I also offer virtual sessions to clients throughout the state of Texas.
